Halloween idea # 6

Hello dearies....this post is dedicated to all things witches. I hope you are enjoying the Halloween ideas so far and that they might be of help to you in your preparations.

My family had a Halloween party a few years ago and several of us dressed up as witches.

I used this photo the following year on my Halloween cards as a 'Best Witches For Halloween' greeting. I can't find the card but will post if I do and add it to my post about invites and cards.

The following photos were taken of me a few years ago and I played with them in RoxioSuite and came up with these designs. The first having a softened edge.

This one having a mirrored image.

Using the first photo, I made a page layout and submitted it to a scrapbook magazine and it was published in the October issue 2008.

Some witch ideas for your Halloween decorations come from different websites and here I will include some dingbat fonts for you to download yourselves and use for either layouts for other things.

Fonts can be found at www.halloweenfonts.com .

This witch wall/window cling is featured on the Martha Stewart website. She has some fantastic ideas. Check them out at http://www.marthastewart.com/ .

Halloween clipart can be useful for making cards and invites. I particularly like this cauldron. You can find Halloween clipart at http://www.halloweenclipart.com/ .

This cauldron is made by using a Sizzix machine. http://www.sizzix.com/ .

If you're riding broomsticks this Halloween...here's a little advice....

Do not drink and fly! LOL.

I liked this witch with a globe. It's another Martha Stewart idea. Hagatha the Halloween witch can be seen here.

Lastly, here is something that I would have liked to have at my Halloween party this year....it's a self propelled broom. It would complete my outfit and surprise my guests with delight.
