It wasn't long before I recognised the crafters! I managed to arrive on time - before 10am - only to find that the queues were almost out of the entrance doors!
It was so nice to meet people that I have gotten to know. Linda - who did a fabulous job demonstrating, Carmen, Leigh, Karen from Scrap Shed, Hels Sheridan, bloggers and others that I know through scrapbooking/crafting. Walking around for over 6 hours wasn't a problem - until I sat down! LOL. Boy, did my feet ache. I slept well last night.
I am very pleased to say that I didn't go over my budget - I even brought money back!! Can you believe that? There were lots of bargains to be had. Here is what I bought.
The white glitter was only £1!

Can't wait to see what you do with them :)
It was so lovely to meet you and it is great to admire all your stash from a nice relaxing arm chair too :0) I am soooo glad you enjoyed your day ... I know how much you were looking forward to it X
Enjoy playing :0)
That looks like awesome stash. Very jealous. Love the spotty papers/dressmaker's dummy.
Thanks for visiting my blog, not sure how you found me! I've so enjoyed my visit to your blog, very stylish and informative. Loved looking at the old photos, the one of your Mum at 29, the bread knife. You take great photos yourself too. I'm going to follow you as I like your style, especially the barting with the chair, as you can see I have quite a visit!

you've bought some great stuff from AP - unfortunately I haven't been able to go to any shows (see my blog about my recent surgery) - but looks like you certainly had a ball - well done you for setting yourself a budget and sticking to it... good job i didn't go then as i'm not that disciplined!!!
