Girls Just Want To Have Fun!

Howdy pardners! I thought you might like to see some of the things I get 'up to' wiv me mates! You may know by now that my motto is - 'always havin' a larf' and that is exactly what I like to do....in fact....a quote I particularly like is 'I love what I do and I do what I love'.

So without further ado.....a little introduction to the following photos of me an' me mates. Joan and I lived next door to each other from in March 1959 until we got married in 1968 and we have kept in contact ever since. Rita is Joan's cousin and I have known her for as long. Pam is Joan's friend from secondary school and together we have been meeting up every couple of months for a fun day for the past 7 and half years - taking it in turns to host the event. We have called ourselves the KWA - Kent Wives Association!

We are all the same age and have so many things in common. Sometimes, we have a colour scheme and sometimes we have a theme for our get togethers.

On this occasion, we had a cowgirl theme.

After our photo shoot in the garden - pardon the expression, it was time for lunch and what do most cowboy/girls eat? Why....bangers and beans of course!

Yeehaa! Joan 'hits' the bottle....good thing it's only Ame!

We have so much fun.....laughing until we cry.....Pam thinks it's fun anyway!

These boots are made for.....photographing! A 'signature' photo of mine when we are together.

Soo much fun.....but there we must leave them....until next time...
