This is she at about age 29. I think she is absolutely beautiful.

I did already make a layout but that was years ago and I would like to use the more vintage papers that are around right now.

I am now on the lookout for more vintage scrapbooking papers and embellishments. If you can direct me, I would appreciate it.
Here is a site for starters with some lovely designs - 3 new ones too. http://www.g45papers.com/

Fab LO Glen & lovely photo of your Mum.
Beautiful Glen and the blogg looks fab
Love the new look...it's fab.
That photo of your mum is stunning, I adore the style from the turn of the century, I think I was born in the wrong period. If you google Victoriana that should bring up some usefull and inspirational sites. But also Art Nouveau and Art Deco would work.
What a lovely lady ...wow 96 and still going strong. As for vintage papers ...I tend to find the odd one from a collection works well and by aging the edge it makes them look even more the part. Some times a floral that looks like an old wallpaper lends itself to a project and I have been known to just stamp all over plain bazzil. All my vintage lo's are on my Glimpsing the Past Blog. A new one will be going on soon and I used a plain older BG which I stamped and inked to make it feel right ...for me anyway.
What an amazingly yummy meal that looked like ....I love all chinese except the hot dishes but Crispy duck is a favourite....now you have made me want some.xx
